Ingredients
Spicy Imitation Crab, 1/2 Pound
Nori, 3 Packs
White Rice
Cucumber, 1 Cucumber
Avocado, 1 Avocado
Optional: Unagi Sauce, to taste
Optional: Kewpie Mayonnaise, to taste
Optional: Sriracha, to taste
Optional: Sesame Seeds, to taste
Directions

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound spicy imitation crab from the poke counter
  • 3 packs of nori (Recommended: Maika`i Wasabi Seaweed)
  • 2 packs of microwave white rice or 2-3 cups of white rice in a traditional rice cooker or sushi rice
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado

Optional Ingredients

  • Unagi Sauce
  • Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha
  • Sesame Seeds

 

Directions:

  1. Lay each square of nori in a muffin pan and place the rice on top. Add a slice of avocade, a slice of cucumber, and a scoop of spicy crab.
  2. Garnish with u nagi sauce, kewpie, and sriracha.
  3. For extra flavor, you can lightly sear the top with a cooking torch until the kewpie begins to bubble and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
